Diana Haltermann
Co-Founder & Director
Diana is driven and lots of fun, although her love of pink is questionable! A real people person, she is the sunshine in the room and has a real get up and go attitude. She excels when surrounded with bright happy people!
She has a wealth of experience working for several Top level and International agencies, as well as leading corporations like Facebook and Vistaprint.
Diana is half German & half Spanish, but speaks English in the most perfect manner. She drives the company, along with her team and its development in specific markets like the DACH region and the UK.
John Murat
Global CEO & Co-Founder
John has been involved in International Recruitment for over 25 years, leading several International Recruitment related companies. He has extensive recruitment expertise at all levels and in all sectors, leading teams and building an International Recruitment consultancy for 20 years, opening 5 international offices, prior to starting Talented International.
Clients included World leading corporations setting-up or expanding in key countries, such as Google, Facebook, Salesforce.com, Oracle, Tesla, LVMH, Novartis, Breitling or Bvlgari to name a few, across many sectors, from Luxury and Retail to Engineering and Technology.
Very hands-on, he looks after all areas of the business, but enjoys studying Artificial Intelligence and the impact within HR. Driven to success, ambition and innovation are his key traits.
Maxence Raynal
CEO Talented France & Co-Founder
Maxence was a founding member of Talented in Madrid, but relocated to Lyon to co-found Talented International France where he leads the company as CEO. Maxence has been involved in International Recruitment for many years, working in a range of sectors from Finance to Retail. He has extensive recruitment expertise, especially on the French market, assisting local and international companies, at all levels and in all sectors.
Maxence is building Talented in France, focusing on client acquisition and team development, as he is looking to hire a number of experienced consultants across France.
Thomas Duport
Chief Operating Officer
Thomas started his career in Technology sales and joined the World of Recruitment, working in IT Recruitment.
Thomas joined Talented to help grow the structure and help the founders build an amazing company. Focusing on client acquisition at first, he then started leading the team and focused on ensuring our innovation continues through the implementation of the best available tech stack.
Thomas has become an invaluable support to Talented’s growth, and leads the team and the business to constant development!

I joined Talented International in 2024, from being in a Sales role, so recruitment has been new to me. What I really enjoy about working here is the freedom to run your own desk. The management layer is there to support you but will never micromanage your day-to-day tasks. You are responsible for your own workload. Talented is a forward-thinking agency and with that comes a great working environment. We are based in the Social Hub, which is a great place to work in Barcelona.
